About Us

Since its inception at Rossiter Property Consultants, Scott has focused on establishing and driving the company’s growth forward in the South West.

Prior to Rossiter Property Consultants, Scott was Partner at Alder King in the Exeter office for 23 years heading up Residential Development land and the Investment department for 8 years after 15 years as head of Commercial Agency in Devon.

Outside of the office, Scott is a keen (if slightly aged) sportsman and completed the London Marathon and Triathlon and now loves coastal running with his dog Molly, sea swimming, cycling and golf. With his wife Emily and two daughters Lucy and Maddie he loves a family skiing holiday, kayak adventure or walking in the countryside - anything in the fresh air goes! He’s also passionate about local food and drink and the people that make the Westcountry special.
