In my  capacity as Land and Planning Director at Taylor Wimpey Exeter, I negotiated the acquisition terms with him on a consented 150 unit site in Honiton. He left no stone un-turned in ensuring he maximised the capital receipt for the vendor. His approach was market-facing, fair and reasonable but resilient in structuring the basic Heads of Terms of the deal.
