• Pre--let new-build Coop Convenience store on Housing Estate in Pinhoe, Exeter for Bloor Pension Fund.
  
• Acquisition of Neighbourhood shopping centre including Convenience Store in Livermead, Torquay for London and Cambridge Properties.
